സ്കൂൾ പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ രൂപവത്കരണവും നടപ്പാക്കലും സംബന്ധിച്ച് പൊതുവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അപ്പർ പ്രൈമറി, ഹൈസ്കൂൾ, ഹയർസെക്കൻഡറി, വൊക്കേഷണൽ ഹയർസെക്കററി തുടങ്ങിയ എല്ലാ വിഭാഗങ്ങളും സ്കൂൾ പാർലമെന്ററി കൗൺസിൽ രൂപീകരീക്കണം. സ്കൂൾ പാർലമെന്റ് തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് സമാധാനപരവും രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടിയുടെ ഇടപെടലില്ലായ്മയും ആയിരിക്കണം. സർക്കാർ / എയ്ഡഡ് / അംഗീകൃത അൺ-എയ്ഡഡ് അപ്പർ പ്രൈമറി, ഹൈസ്കൂൾ, ഹയർസെക്കൻഡറി, വൊക്കേഷണൽ ഹയർസെക്കന്ററി വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ ഓരോ വിഭാഗവും ഒരു യൂണിറ്റ് ആയിരിക്കും. സ്കൂൾ പാർലമെന്റ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദമായ മാർഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ, നാമനിർദ്ദേശ പത്രിക, ഫോമുകൾ, സർക്കുലർ തുടങ്ങിയവ താഴെ ചേര്‍ക്കുന്നു.

📅 Election Schedule (Important Dates)

• 04.08.2025 – Start of submission of nomination papers

• 08.08.2025 (until 12:00 PM) – Last date to submit nomination papers

• 08.08.2025 (until 5:00 PM) – Scrutiny and approval of nomination papers

• 11.08.2025 (until 1:00 PM) – Withdrawal of nominations

• 11.08.2025 (by 3:30 PM) – Publication of final list of candidates

• 14.08.2025 (until 11:00 AM) – Voting

• 14.08.2025 (by 1:00 PM) – Result announcement

• 14.08.2025 (after 1:00 PM) – Election of School Parliament office bearers

• 14.08.2025 (at 3:00 PM) – First meeting of the newly elected School Parliament
