The Directorate of General Education, Kerala, has issued comprehensive guidelines for the conduct of the sixth working day activities for the academic year 2025-26. These instructions are vital for all Government and Aided schools in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of student data through UID validation and other procedural steps.

Key Points from the Circular

1. UID-Based Decision Making
The sixth working day data collection and student enrollment confirmation should be done based entirely on UID (Unique ID) validation. Inaccurate or invalid UIDs will result in exclusion from benefits like scholarships, uniforms, and other entitlements.

2. Data Submission Deadline
Schools must submit all sixth working day data through the Sampoorna portal before 5:00 PM on June 10, 2025. Any entries made after this time will not be considered.

3. Mandatory UID Validation
All student records must have valid UIDs. Those with missing or invalid UIDs must complete the correction process well in advance to be included in the final decision-making.

4. Instructions for Special Language Learners
For students studying additional languages (Arabic, Konkani, Sanskrit, Urdu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, etc.), schools must ensure proper documentation and entry of language details.

5. Data Review and Correction
Headteachers must verify and finalize all entries related to student admissions, transfers, and UID validations. Mismatched or incomplete data will lead to official scrutiny and possible disciplinary actions.

6. Supporting Documents
Schools must retain and verify Transfer Certificates (TC) and other records before allowing students into new institutions, ensuring updated entries on the Sampoorna portal.

7. Final Decision Deadline
As per the S.R.O 375/2022 and KER amendment, all decisions related to student eligibility and division restructuring must be completed by July 15, 2025.

8. Responsibilities of Educational Officers
District and sub-district education officers must ensure schools under their jurisdiction comply strictly with the guidelines. Any delays or errors should be reported and acted upon swiftly.
