📚 Which Students Need to Attend?
For Classes 5 to 8
Students who secured Grade E (Needs Improvement) in any subject.
For Class 9
Students who secured Grades D or E in any subject.
Class teachers must prepare the list of such students and inform parents immediately.
🗓️ Schedule of Special Classes
The circular provides the following timeline:
- April 17, 2026 – Result publication and preparation of student list
- April 18, 2026 – School-level planning and PTA communication
- April 20 to 27, 2026 – Special learning support classes
- April 28 to 30, 2026 – Reassessment / re-evaluation
- May 2, 2026 – Publication of results
These classes will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
🏫 Important Instructions for Schools
Schools are instructed to:
- Upload annual exam scores to Sampoorna Plus
- Conduct classes only for required subjects
- Preserve answer sheets for inspection
- Ensure PTA support for student attendance
- Arrange travel support for tribal and special category students
- Provide hostel and stay facilities in MRS schools where required
